An award-winning design and build civil engineering company with experience across the world
Ryebridge Construction is an award-winning civil engineering company focused on achieving the highest level of quality using sustainable working practices, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of quality in their projects
Founded in 2009, initially to service London Luton Airport, the company has expanded to enjoy significant success elsewhere in the UK and abroad - including the new Tottenham stadium, Gibraltar Airport, Bristol Airport and Southampton Port.
The company has expert knowledge of working in restricted environments with operational constraints, where safety, security and the ability to minimise impact on ongoing operations is critical, including airports, ports, highways and sports stadiums.
Founder Daniel Coyle says: “We remain a family-run business and this ethos is at the heart of how we operate. We take great pride in the communities we work within and our experience and reputation engender loyalty and trust from our clients. Despite our success we always remain focused on building our business and working with clients to help them achieve their ambitions.”
What we do
Ryebridge is an industry leader in concrete, earthworks and heavy civil construction, and can offer clients a full service from design and build civil engineering through to full construction.
We focus on ensuring safety, security and minimal impact on the surrounding environment, and will take the time to understand an operation to avoid any disruption to day-to-day operations.
From operating as the Principal Civil Engineering Contractor on the new Tottenham Hotspur Stadium project through to a successful long-standing association with the ever-growing London Luton Airport, Ryebridge is renowned as a specialist civil engineering company with the size, scope and experience to deliver successfully on time and within budget for clients
Giving back to local communities
The company is focused on supporting and promoting local communities wherever we operate, employing local staff who are trained and supported during the course of any projects, using a local supply chain and establishing close links with nearby colleges and schools to ensure a steady flow of apprentices and work experience students.
We never forget that we were Luton-based when we started and we recognise the proud history, cultural diversity and huge potential that exists within the town.
We are always looking for ways to reinvest locally, by forming associations with local charities, businesses and educational establishments along with developing and training our local employees in order to fulfil their career potential.
Ryebridge has adopted this model of operations wherever we work. At Tottenham Hotspur we recruited heavily for staff operatives from the N17 area. We committed investment in their training and career development and left behind a legacy of trained, skilled and capable operatives ready to take their next step in the industry.
Sustainability
Sustainability is a driving factor in every aspect of Ryebridge’s work, and we actively work to contribute to the following UN Sustainable Development Goals: No Poverty, Zero Hunger, Good Health and Well-Being, Quality Education, Gender Equality, Affordable and Clean Energy, Decent Work and Economic Growth, Industry Innovation and Infrastructure, Sustainable Cities and Communities, Responsible Consumption and Production.
Ryebridge promotes our carbon neutral strategy across all aspects of the business, including the use of low emission machinery and solar powered welfare cabins, avoiding the need for polluting generators and ensuring power to all appliances, hot water and air conditioning as required. All of our machines are AdBlue which reduces the emissions of mono-nitrogen oxide.
Our eco-friendly plant machinery includes 4 x 220 JCB X Series, 3 x 140 X Series, a 540 Telehandler and a JCB 3CX Eco.
Everything we can buy locally we do, and we regularly review the sourcing of specialist items which might not be available from the immediate area to see if new supply chains have opened up.
