Karen has been with Ryebridge Ltd for well over a decade, with a background in health and safety at the likes of Willmott Dixon and John O’Neill & Partners. Her extensive academic training includes a City and Guilds in advanced carpentry and joinery sitting alongside professional courses in scaffold awareness, renewable energy and environmental management.

She can also boast industry accolades including the internationally-renowned RICS special award for projects which showcase the most inspirational initiatives and developments in land, real estate, construction and infrastructure, and Dean’s special award for academic excellence.

Karen has a wide range of experience across both the civils and buildings industry in particular airport airside working environments and best practices, successfully managing various projects with zero harm.

sharron williams, accounts director

Sharron has been with Ryebridge for nine years, and looks after all of the company’s management accounts.

She was previously the property accountant for London’s County Hall, overseeing events and leisure attractions including including the London Aquarium, the London Dungeon and The London Eye.

Before that she worked for Lagan Construction, working on projects at London Luton Airport, Southampton Airport and the Olympic Park in Stratford.
