Salvo has worked his way up from ground worker all the way to project manager, and now draws on his varied work experiences to ensure all his projects have the highest level of health and safety from beginning to end and are achieved on-time and to budget.

His civil engineering background has seen him involved in everything from PQ concrete and paving operations through to resurfacing works, service and drainage installations and diversions. He most recently successfully managed the construction of the new Foxtrot and Bravo Taxiways at London Luton Airport.

Salvo also oversaw the pre-enabling works for the airport’s DART project, was involved in demolishing and constructing hangers and stands, and remodeling the mid-term car park and creating a new bus route. Away from Luton he oversaw the enabling works, site service clearance and remediation at the new Tottenham Hotspur stadium site and demolished farmyard barns and buildings before carrying out ground works and installing a new road and car park at Woodlands Farm in Beaconsfield.

Salvo was most recently project manager for Project Curium at London Luton Airport delivering seven new aircraft stands.

luciano cardinale, project manager

Since joining Ryebridge in 2009, Luciano has worked his way up from starting out as a ground worker, site supervisor, site manager and then becoming a project manager. Some of the jobs he has worked on include a new taxiway at St Mary’s Airport, the east apron at Bristol Airport, the car park at Luton and Dunstable Hospital and the new Bravo taxiway at London Luton Airport.
Luciano has vast experience with most civil engineering including PQ concrete and paving operations, resurfacing works, service and drainage installations and diversions.

robert miller, project manager

Robert can draw on experience in groundworks, structures and civil engineering, managing projects from tender to completion, including site set up, planning, procurement, site meetings, client interface,  supervision of sub-contractors, resolving technical issues and progress reports.
He has worked in the construction industry since 1994, with past employers including Laing O’Rourke and Simms Building and Civils, working on various projects but most prominently the £16m redevelopment of Grade I listed St Pancras Station.
