The focus towards delivering a client-driven service is to develop a close working relationship that promotes an open collaborative approach, which will generate efficiencies, innovative solutions, cost savings and improved operational performance.
Ryebridge understand the fundamental aspects of an effective infrastructure maintenance service where the emphasis is on:
- Environmental awareness
- Quality throughout
- Local engagement
- Minimal disruption
- Safety of all
- Right first time
- Delivery on time
- Value for money
The demands on highway infrastructure have never been greater and will continue to grow as the pressure on capacity and budgetary constraints increase. We acknowledge these demands and by working closely with clients responsible for highway infrastructure, Ryebridge aim to meet the challenge.
This is most evident in our ongoing maintenance contract with London Luton Airport Ltd, where for the past six years, we have delivered a 24 hour, seven day a week reactive service along with planning, programming and delivering a wide range of infrastructure projects.
The reactive works cover a range of services such as:
- Permanent and temporary pothole repairs
- Response to road traffic accidents
- Repairs and replacement of damaged street furniture
- Snow clearing and gritting
- Flood response
- Security breaches
- Drainage repairs
- Runway and taxiway repairs
The service is measured and monitored through a suite of Key Performance Indicators, with the planning and programming governed by a Permit Noticing Scheme.
