Daniel is the founder and managing director of civil engineering and building contractor Ryebridge Limited and has worked in the construction industry for 25 years and the aviation sector for 15 years.
Daniel’s overriding philosophy towards client engagement revolves around working in partnership and this has been the approach throughout Ryebridge’s history.
The growth of the company has come about by building upon successful relationships with likeminded clients who rely heavily on receiving a safe, flexible and reliable service.
Daniel strives to ensure that all members of his senior management team buy into this philosophy and keep it at the forefront of client engagement throughout the business.
His attitudes in business relationships revolve around respect and engaging on an equal level and will often seek to avoid areas where these values are not reciprocated.
Daniel also has a strong sense of family and community. He, his young family and his business are rooted in the area and he is committed to the wellbeing and prosperity of the region.

sean scully, managing director

Sean was appointed managing director of Ryebridge Construction in early 2024.
Having previously held the role as director of operations and business development he has helped steer Ryebridge to achieve huge growth since 2020, with its turnover more than trebling in the period up to 2023.
Before joining Ryebridge he was a member of the Senior Leadership Team at one of the largest further education colleges in the UK.
In his role as director of operations and commercial at Oaklands College, he managed a team of seven senior managers and over 200 staff.
Sean was responsible for Estates, Facilities, Health and Safety, Marketing, Exams, IT, the Contact Centre and Commercial Operations. In addition, Sean chaired the college-wide Health and Safety committee ultimately accountable for H&S implementation and processes across the college.
The college employs more than 900 staff with on average 10,000 students across three sites. Sean was responsible for managing the planning and construction of the new Oaklands College site in Borehamwood. Prior to this Sean was a consultant for clients including Giffen Group where he gained a greater understanding and knowledge of the construction industry.
